We believe in keeping systems simple, usable, supportable, non-proprietary and sustainable but will never compromise on up-time. 

    • Our networking services team are here to help you get the most from your existing infrastructure. Whether you need help on fault finding, configuring, upgrading or understanding how your system has been built, DCAD is here to assist.

    • We have a full range of support packages ranging from telephone/email/remote support through to ad-hoc call outs and weekly/fortnightly scheduled visits. Our support team have come from and continue to work in schools and fully understand the demands and pressures running your network involves.

We carry these measures out to make your equiopment last longer and avoid abrupt hardware failures.

    • DCAD transformed IT at Springmead and beyond. Originally brought in to repair an A/V installation it was soon apparent they had so much more to offer us. We never looked back and over the years DCAD have done everything from rebuilding the entire network, design - supply and install our ICT suite, configure teacher remote access, offer remote support, CCTV, all audio / visual supply and support from classrooms through to the school hall presentation system, iPad integration, whole site Wi-Fi - the list is endless.
